Below you'll find answers to the questions we get asked the most from our first-time customers.
1. Do you accept credit cards?
Unfortunately, due to some PayPal restrictions, we are not able to accept Credit Cards directly. To use your preferred credit card, a PayPal account has to be created. This is a simple two-step process that will allow PayPal to pay for the invoice created.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. We only use DHL Express, which takes three to five business days.
3. Do I have to send you any measurements if I want to order a costume?
The more measurements you send us, the better the costume will fit your horse. After 15 years of experience making costumes, we have developed a way to manufacture our designs with the Blanket Size and the Breed of the horse. These are the minimum requirements. If you are ordering a mask or just want to provide us with further measurements, please follow this link. It will show you our measurement chart. To measure your horse, please use a flexible sewing tape. If you do not possess one, please use a string or small rope, then measure it with any available device.
4. How long does the shipping take?
Our DHL Express normally takes two to three business days. In some cases, depending on the location, it can take additional time.
5. How long does it take to manufacture a costume?
The average time frame is from 3 to 5 business days. If yours is a unique project, it can take 2 or 3 more days depending on the complexity of the costume.

7. How can I check my order status?
We currently do not have a web option to check your order status. However, if you send us an email, we can send you updated pictures of your costume in the making!
8. How long does it take to receive a project proposal and pricing?
Depending on the complexity of the project and the materials we will need to manufacture it, it will take around 48 business hours to send you a project proposal.
